Dinkleboo personalised product range is proudly made in Canada, to order. Each product is custom created, quality checked and dispatched within 1-3* business days from our factory in Ontario. *High volume periods may delay production of your order.
Dinkleboo works closely with Canada Post and FedEx to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible. Dinkleboo offers three shipping methods – Regular Non Tracked, Expedited, and Priority.
Shipping starts from $9.99. There are also faster shipping methods if you need your parcel in a rush for a higher price. Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100.

Prices listed below are based on single item shipped. If you order more than 1 product there is an extra shipping charge of $1 per/item added.

Refund & Returns:
Dinkleboo is proud of the outstanding quality and craftsmanship of our products, and we provide a 100% Love It Guarantee against any manufacturing defects.
As each order is made just for you, refunds or cancellations aren’t usually required — but if there’s ever a product or process issue (e.g. workmanship defects/faults or damage in transit), we’ll make it right.
Please note:
- For faulty products: If notified within 30 days of you receiving your order, we will aim to fix or replace any faulty product.
- For non-faulty products, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must be within 30 days of receiving your order*.
- A 10% restocking and administration fee may apply to certain returns.
